Aidan was very friendly, accommodating and responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Kitchen was adequate, refrigerator lacked enclosed shelves in the door. Serving platters other than cutting boards are needed. Great heater. Wonderful decks. Easy walk into Summerland

The view if the ocean and the mountains were beautiful from the 1st floor and 2nd floor balconys (1st floor have 2 swing hamock chairs, table and chairs and a grill)and the living room upstairs. The only downside is there is a freeway in between the house and ocean. I could only hear the trafic. The house was very clean and welcoming. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, both had a queen bed in them. There is also a full bath and a living room with a sofa and a small tv. Coffee was really good they provided. The kitchen a counter with 2 bar stools. The kitchen is small but had no issues other than the stove runs VERY hot. 350 is more like 425. Table is a nice size round table with 6 chairs. The ground floor had a living room with a sectional and large tv. The 3rd bedroom is on this level with a king bed(not very comfortable. Had a topper on it.) There was a nice size bathroom attached to the room and living room. Loved the make up wash cloth.There is a spiral staircase that went to the 2nd floor but if you are not comfortable going down them or have dogs you can use the stairway outside to get to the ground floor. This level also has a washer and dryer and they supply detergent and softner sheets and spot remover. Appreciated it! There is a doorway that goes to the 2nd big deck. There is a big sectional on the deck. If you look straight forward you see trees. If you look to the left you see the freeway and ocean. We felt safe and secure. Nice area. The house is spacious.

We had a wonderful time and the place was situated next to the beach with gorgeous views. Coffee shops, cafes and antique shops were just down the hill
